Does Hetzner include more traffic than DigitalOcean?

In Europe, far more: a small Hetzner cloud server includes 20 TB a month, against 1,000 GB for DigitalOcean's $6 Droplet, and Hetzner's overage is about $0.0011 per GB against $0.01.
