CheckPre

Terms of use and disclaimer

Last updated: 29 September 2026

The calculators on this site give estimates to help you think a decision through. They are not financial, tax, legal or medical advice.

Using this site

CheckPre is free to use for personal and commercial purposes, with no account needed. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Results are estimates

Every result depends on the values you enter and on the assumptions set out on each page. Tax rules, interest rates, prices and exchange rates change, and a calculator cannot know every fee, exemption or personal circumstance that applies to you. Health results are screening estimates, not a diagnosis.

Before you act on a result that matters, such as a loan, an investment, a tax filing or a health decision, check it with your bank, a qualified adviser, a tax professional or your doctor.

No warranty

The calculators are tested and their sources are listed, but the site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty that results are accurate, complete or up to date, or that the site will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, CheckPre and its author are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its results, including financial loss or missed opportunities.

Content and links

The text, formulas, worked examples and design of this site belong to its author. You may link to any page and quote short excerpts with a link back, but please do not copy whole pages or calculators.

The site links to external sources and shows ads from third parties. Their content and practices are their own responsibility; an ad is not an endorsement. How ads and analytics use data is explained on the privacy page.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated from time to time, and the date at the top will change when they are. If a result looks wrong or you have a question about these terms, get in touch.
